(G(m3/㎏ sec2)は万有引力常数,
K(sec2/m)は与えられる値)
α=∑G mi/ ri2

According to the diagram,υ2 andυ3 are first composed withυ2+υ3, shown in the parallelogram drawing. Next, this composite vector andυ1 are composed by the same parallelogram method, andυis obtained. Bold
letters show vector value.
This
gravitational-field-movement ofυthat has reached
point O will
be the movement of the frame of light. At the frame with the same
speed asυ, the movement speed of the
gravitational-field which all the celestial bodies have done is zero. This is the
absolute- frame of the light in point O, and is surely the background of the
velocity of light.
As a general formula, it will be
given by
( G (m3/㎏sec2) is the universal gravitational constant,K
(sec2/m) is given.)
Here, supposingαisα=∑Gmi/ri2,
then no inconsistency
is seen, as K=1/α.
2.2 Absolute-space
In addition, since the
celestial body is always moving, the speed is changing at every moment and the distance from
one point of space is also changing at every
moment. Therefore,
the rest-frame
of light has a different speed depending on the place of space. It will probably
correspond to the absolute-rest-frame of the objects. That is, the absolute-rest-frame is not
resting homogeneously in all the portions of the space. Each place of space has
its own absolute-rest-frame, in its moment. In that point, it might be called the "relative rest-frame".
However, since the distance between celestial bodies is very great,
their influence is usually minute by a reverse square law. In addition, with innumerable celestial bodies, they
will be offset mutually and equalized. Thus, it is almost right to think that
even if a small celestial body moves a
little, the static space of light is static in its whole place.
Furthermore, in the frames which do not have mass in themselves, this holds
true. That is, on the Earth or another planet, the planet becomes the
background of the velocity of light. In a space far from the planets, the sun
becomes the background.
